Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2, RAC Environment,
when attempting to run concurrent requests, the following error occurs:
REP-0501: Unable to connect to the specified database.
ORA-12520: Message 12520 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA
REP-0309: Unable to connect to the specified database after three attempts. Access denied.
