ConcurrentProgram:PAIGEN_SINGLE - PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project
Symptoms
When the PAIGEN: PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Range of Projects is run, many projects are not being processed. When the same projects are submitted using the single project process (PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project), they are processed and an invoice is generated.
It has been verified that the project has no unreleased invoices, and the billing cycle definition is such that the next billing date is in the past. The project is not being skipped based on either of these setups.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the projects within the specified range to be processed, if there is something to process based on the result of the single project process.
