When attempting to receive an RMA using mobile application , the following error occurs.
Create RMA interface record failed.
|No records match your selection.
1. Navigate: Receiving>Receipts>RMA
2. Navigate >Inbound>Receive>RMA
3. Enter RMA# and complete the receipt
4. Enter the done button and the error shows
