How To Address Assignments In 'Processing' Status In the RetroPay Status Page?

There are assignments stuck in 'Processing' status in the RetroPay Status page.
User is unable to change their status (to Deferred or 'Confirmed - Awaiting Processing) and no Retropay (Enhanced) jobs are running.
If these have errored from earlier runs then there should be a way to put them on hold or correct them and get them included in the next run.
How can you move these 'Processing' assignments on?
