12.1 Dispatch Center: Flexfield Automatically Opens When Navigating To The Product Tab (Doc ID 1060680.1)

Symptoms

In the Dispatch Center, when opening the Product tab for a task, the flexfield automatically opens.
This is not happening when navigating from Service Request tab to Product tab.

It is expected that the flexfield will not to pop-up when opening the Product tab.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a service request for a serialized item.
2. Create a task.
3. Search for the task in Dispatch Center.
4. From the Overview tab navigate to the Product tab.
