There are about 3 sales orders which have this issue. For the order lines, which are shipped and 'Invoice interface' is complete and material issues are done, but AR invoice interface is not complete and no AR transactions found in AR interface tables , although delivery lines have 'INI' and 'OMI' flags set as 'Y', hence 'Interface Trip Stop SRS' cannot be run.
Order line is at 'Shipped' status and 'Invoiced Quantity' is 0, trip and stops are closed.
Workflow shows the following error :
