Symptoms
In Depot Repair, Repair Technician screen, when attempting to create a new job the following error is generated:
Error occurred when inserting job header record for Job <job number> into wip_job_schedule_interface table.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to the applications using a suitable responsibility (e.g. Depot Repair Manager).
2. Using the Repair Order screen either query an existing Repair Order (RO), or create a new one, which has a 'WIP' Repair Type.
3. Attempt to create a new job against this Repair Type.
