How does one create reservations with demand source of Work Order components?

Expected Steps
1. Expected that could navigate to the reservations form:

2. Then create a reservation of type "Job or Schedule"
3. No jobs are available in the list of values:


Business Impact
Because users cannot enter reservations against specific Work Order / Job components, they cannot source those components from specific purchase orders. This decreases the control over the reservations and incoming purchase order flow.
