Symptoms

IBY_FD_PAYMENT_FORMAT_TEXT module: Format Payment Instructions with Text Output fails with the following errors:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_EXTRACTGEN_PVT", line 272
ORA-06512: at line 1

An error occurred. Roll back any changes.
