Need to Access Service Request Notes from Contact Center (Doc ID 1061542.1)

Goal

(R) Customer Support
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center

In the Notes tab, users are unable to see Notes created for Service Requests.

After creating notes for Service Requests, go to the Contact Center and open the Notes tab.
The Service Request Notes are not listed there.
