Goal

How to address issue on compiling the following objects:

OE_CONFIG_SCHEDULE_PVT OEXVCSCB.pls
OE_CONFIG_UTIL OEXUCFGB.pls
OE_DELAYED_REQUESTS_PVT OEXVREQB.pls
OE_FREIGHT_CHOICES_PVT OEXVFCHB.pls
OE_FTE_INTEGRATION_PVT OEXVFTEB.pls
OE_GROUP_SCH_UTIL OEXUGRPB.pls
OE_MARGIN_PVT OEXVMRGB.pls
OE_OE_FORM_LINE_PAYMENT OEXFLPMB.pls
OE_ORDER_GRP OEXGORDB.pls
OE_ORDER_SCH_UTIL OEXVSCHB.pls
OE_SCHEDULE_UTIL OEXUSCHB.pls
OE_SHIPPING_INTEGRATION_PVT OEXVSHPB.pls

All the above packages are producing the following error on compilation:

PLS-00801: internal error [1401]
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
