Symptoms

Users are not able to launch the standard approval groups and approval assignments forms from Purchasing Super User responsibility.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Purchasing super user responsibility
2. Select approval groups and approval assignments
3. Form refuses to launch

Other:
The following errors are seen as well when entering the purchase order summary screen and also the purchasing document types screens.

APP_PO_14142 : get_Po_parameters-10:ORA-01422 :exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Opening the Core Purchasing Form - the error is as follows:

APP-PO-14142: get_po_parameters-10: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in  get_po_parameters.
The SQL error is ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

 Errors may be seen also when opening the Purchase Order Summary.

PDOI - Import Standard Purchase Orders
It was also found that PDOI - Import Standard Purchase Orders was failing with the following.
