Symptoms

When attempting to create the Bank Account Transfers on validate the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1.null
2.null
3.Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account. ,

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility:Cash Management
2. Bank Account Transfer
3. Select the Bank Account Transfer other details and try to Apply & Validate the same.
4. The above error message appears.
