Find A Data Mismatch Between Serials (MSN) And Quantity (MOQD) Tables (Doc ID 1063592.1)

Symptoms

The MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIES_DETAILS (MOQD) table displays a greater quantity than the MTL_SERIAL_NUMBERS (MSN) table.

There is a mismatch of data between mtl_serial_numbers and mtl_onhand_quantities.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Inventory Manager > Organization Items
2. Attempt to change the serial number status to 'No Control' from 'At Receipt'
3. Error received stating that a quantity exists even though all the serial numbers in inventory for that item have been checked out (Miscellaneous Issue) from Inventory
