On OTM Version 6.1 after changing the password for a user and logging out. Any attempt to login again will result in the following error: java.lang.SecurityException: User: DOMAIN.USER, failed to be authenticated

If all browsers are closed (including non-OTM browsers) and restarted, the login becomes successful.
