How to access COUNTER SETUP DFF segments in R12 (Doc ID 1063949.1)

Goal

- Install Base release 12.1.X


How to access COUNTER SETUP DFF which is supposed to be available from SERVICE CONTRACTS (OKS) FORM ?  . Are these DFFs supported in Service Contracts FORMs UI in R12 ?

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. NAVIGATE TO SERVICE CONTRACTS LINES => COUNTERS => TAB.
2. RIGHT CLICK ON COUNTER LISTED BELOW AND SELECT COUNTER SETUP.
3. SCROLL TO THE RIGHT IN THE TOP HALF OF THE FORM
4. DFF NOT AVAILABLE EVEN WHEN DFF SEGMENTS ARE DEFINED.
