Symptoms
You are using Project Manager approval.
After submitting a timecard, the approval request does not reach the Project Manager. The timecard remains in Submitted status and SYSADMIN get the following notification:
Timecard (DD-MON-YYYY to DD-MON-YYYY) workflow for <employee> encountered error 3146: Commit happened in activity/function 'HXC_APPROVAL:HXC_FILL_APP_PERIODS/HXC_APPROVAL_WF_PKG.create_appl_period_info'
