Symptoms
On OTM Version 6.1, When Attempting to Plan an Order using the Direct option, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce
-------------------
1. Select an Order and click on Actions - Create Buy Shipment - Direct and use a planning parameter set that is set with, SET LAST STOP TO 99 - TRUE
2. See the error in the screen
