When attempting to create Repair Order and logistics line, the following error occurs.

The creation of a default logistics line(s) failed. Please enter the requisite Line(s) manually in the logistics tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a New Repair Order form.
2. Enter required information, and then save.
