ECEINO 810 Outbound Invoice File Not Extracting Line Level Information (Doc ID 1065511.1)

Symptoms

After running the ECEINO (810 Outbound Invoice) the header information is only showing on the data file.  No lines are extracted.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Responsibility: e-Commerce Gateway
    Navigation
    : Extract Program > OUT: Invoice (810/INVOIC)

Changes

 This happened after a patch application.
