Symptoms

On 12.1.1 in Production:
When attempting to send offer to candidate, the following error notification is sent to the system administrator:

When the notification is opened, the following error is displayed:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iRecruitment Recruiter
2. Navigation: iRecruitment Home - click on New Offer link
3. Select Candidate
4. Create Offer
5. Send Offer to Candidate
6. Log in as Candidate
7. Accept Offer
8. Log in as Sysadmin
9. Error notifications are displayed in Notifications region

This issue does not seem to have any effect on how the system is behaving. However, the system administrator receives a lot of error notifications.
