Symptoms

Unable to import Orders, Autoinvoice program ends in error as below:
Return Value from ar_gdf_validation.is_gdf_valid() = 0
Error calling ar_gdf_validation.is_gdf_valid()
Error calling raagdf()
Error calling raapic()

Debug log shows the following details:

jg_zz_auto_invoice.validate_gdff()+
Found exception in ja_tw_sh_gui_utils.val_trx_num.
ORA-20001:
Found an exception at ja_tw_sh_gui_utils.val_trx_num.
User-Defined Exception
ja_tw_ar_auto_invoice.val_interface_lines routine failed
