Unable to Edit the Coverage of a Service Contract After Upgrade to R12

Find that one cannot edit the Coverage on Service Contracts that are in QA Hold status using a custom responsibility. The 'Customize' button is disabled and the form fields are all greyed out and not editable.


Instance was upgraded to R12.
