Symptoms

The PAIGEN_SINGLE module: PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project ends with the following in the output when there are events to be processed:

No eligible expenditures or events

The Project has a WORK/EVENT project and there were no unprocessed items or errors/warnings on the output report or log file. 

Changes

New tasks had been added to the project.
