Pick Release Puts Order On Credit Card Auth Hold Error: "Authorization failure EXTENSION_NOT_UPDATEABLE"

When attempting to run Pick Release, the Credit Card Authorization Fails and pick release puts order on credit card auth hold everytime.
The following error occurs.
Message....A payment operation was successfully completed for the transaction; its extension entity is no longer updateable.
SQLERRM ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create Sales Order with credit card payment method.
Ship confirm some lines with some bakcordering.
Pick release again, order goes on credit card authorization failed hold everytime.
