Not able to Set Advisory Budgetary Control at Project Level for Top-Down Integrated Budget (Doc ID 1066619.1)

It is not possible to set the budgetary control to advisory at project level, on a project type where budgetary control is top-down integrated with GL and other levels are advisory. The list of value only gives the "absolute" choice.
When contract commitment is implemented, there is the following error in the Budget integration option window :

Error : APP-PA-231492: Project Level Code must be ABSOLUTE when the balance type is "Encumbrance"

So, is it possible to set the budgetary control to advisory in GL and do the same in Projects when using the Encumbrance balance type?
