On : 12.1.2 version, Installation
Find that on a fresh install of R12.1.1, after applying patches 8502056, 7303033, and 8937577, multiple OKL objects are invalid.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect no OKL objects to be invalid.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fresh install R12.1.
2. Apply patches 8502056, 7303033, and 8937577
3. Look at the OKL objects, they are all invalid.
