Goal

The purpose of the document is to assist in the setup and investigation of Service request approval when AME/ERES is used.
Using e-Record and Approval Management for SRs needs meticulous setup. many failures can occur if this is not correctly set.
AME/ARES setup issues faced will be dealt with by the relevant module using the approval facility.
