ENHANCED RETROPAY NOT PICKING UP CHANGES IN THE USER DEFINED TABLE (UDT) (Doc ID 1067883.1)

Symptoms


Problem Statement:

When we make any changes to the data that is captured in the User Defined Tables (UDT), the Enhanced Retro Pay does not take those changes into consideration and is not picking up the changes.





Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Housing was effective on September
  2. Element Description
  3. Pension Contribution ( information element , has No retro setup)
  4. Pension Contribution Employee ( Voluntary deduction )
    • attached to Retroevent XXARMS_Council_retro
    • and Retro Component setup correctly
  5. Pension Contribution Employer the same as Pension Contribution Employee
  6. Review event group XXARMS_Council_retro
  7. Confirm that there is Event insert , Updates correction for the table PAY_USER_COLUMN_INSTANCES_F for column ( effective start date , effective end date , Value)
  8. Dynamic triggers for PAY_USER_COLUMN_INSTANCES_F into the INCIDENT_REGISTER in 'Functional Area Maintenance' are all 'Generated' and 'Enabled'
  9. Run Retro notification report
  10. Assignment and Pension element not mentioned in the report
