How Can User Add a New Item To The "Select an Action List" Of Talent Profile ? (Doc ID 1067886.1)

Goal

 Trying to modify the "Select an Action" list of the Talent Profile via HR_TP_EMP_MENU.   Am able to remove the Printable Profile and Printable Profile (Full) items, but am not able to add a new item.

This menu is a sub-menu of the HR_EMPLOYEE_DIRECT_ACCESS_V4.0, which is assigned to Employee Self-Service V4.0 responsibility. With this combination, the "Select an Action"  contains more items over the Printable Profile and Printable Profile (Full).

If this menu is assigned to any other created responsibilities, this will pop up only  the Printable Profile
and Printable Profile (Full) options.  Would like to know, if is this possible, to modify the "Select an Action", or in other words, add new item to this ?

Is it possible to:

1. Try to modify the "Select an Action" drop-down list via HR_TP_EMP_MENU;  Is this correct, if not what is the right way ?

2. Assign HR_EMPLOYEE_DIRECT_ACCESS_V4.0 menu to any other created responsibilities,  this will popup only Printable Profile and Printable Profile (Full) options. Why?
