Service: Service Request Form Requests To Save Twice For One Update (Doc ID 1068232.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement

Customer updates a Contact in the Service Request form and  presses 'save'. It saves successfully and then he presses File  Exit and sees the message
 'Do you want to save your changes'
This is a redundant message as he has already saved the form.
 
 Steps To Reproduce
 
 1.Create Service Request Form
 2. Enter all mandatory details in the header.
 3. Go to Contacts/Addresses tab.
 4. Enter a contact with value in contact phone field
 5. Save the SR.
 6. Now click on the close or the 'X'
