Symptoms
When attempting to apply for a job via external iRecruitment site, the following error occurs:
ERROR

You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed.
This error does not happen if privacy in Internet Explorer is set 'Low.' This is, however, not a solution as the business cannot instruct all the external users to have this setting.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit the website www.careerbuilder.com.
2. Search with keyword.
3. Click on any Job Title.
4. View the job and click on "Apply Now".
(This will leave the page from careerbuilder to Oracle iRecruitment)
5. Click on "Apply Now icon".
6. Get error message.
