Error When Trying To Register New Supplier Users (Doc ID 1068742.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to register a supplier user, an error occurs.  Due to this issue, supplier users cannot be registered in iSupplier preventing suppliers from any transaction in the application.


Error

We're sorry, but the service you requested is not available at this time. Please take down the following error message and contact your system administrator: POS_REG_UNEXPECTED_ERR0_9_1_2



Steps  To Reproduce
1. Go to Supplier User Administrator > Supplier User Creation > Register Supplier User.
2. Enter all the details.
3. Click on register, the error occurs.
