Symptoms

When attempting to un-assign an order from an LTL shipment, the following error occurs.

"Error Exception Can not perform this action because order movements are planned on shipments."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Create three order each 50 MTON.
* Order1 > 50 MTON
* Order2 > 50 MTON
* Order3 > 50 MTON

2- Create an LTL rate offering with Min Weight constraint of 110 MTON.

3- Bulk plan the orders to create one LTL shipment with total weight of 150 MTON.

4- Try to un-assign an order from the shipment.
