'Unexpected Error' With Transfer To Regular From Consignment Stock In Inventory (Doc ID 1068919.1)

When attempting to perform transfer from consigned to regular transactions, the following error occurs when saving items related to a certain blanket purchase agreement. The problem does not occur for all blanket purchase agreements. The problem occurs with all items in the problematic blanket purchase agreement.

Organization is not OPM nor WMS enabled.

In Transfer to Regular window:
- before applying <Patch 8608765>:R12.INV.A:

In Inventory debug file:

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Go to Inventory: (N) Transactions : Consigned Transactions
2. Select type Transfer to Regular
3. Click: transaction lines
4. Enter the transaction details
- item
- rev
- subinventory (consigned stock)
- locator
- owning party (supplier with enough on hand quantity)
- Quantity: 1000
5. Save
