Symptoms
After applying <patch 8568515:R12.CN.A> when attempting to delete a rate table the following error occurs:
ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "APPS.CN_RATE_TIERS_T1", line 26 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.CN_RATE_TIERS_T1' in Package CN_MULTI_RATE_SCHEDULES_PVT Procedure Delete_Schedule
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Plan Administrator
(N) Maintain Components Library
Rate Table
Select a Rate Table
Check the left box
Delete button
The error is encountered.

Applied <patch 8568515:R12.CN.A> which introduces the trigger CN_RATE_TIERS_T1 or this trigger exists in the environment.
