Symptoms

LPN Summary Label format does not print serial numbers within the LPN.
When using the label format LPN Summary with the Serial Number field names within the label format. On printing the LPN summary label for an LPN residing in inventory, the LPN name, Item name is printed but the serial numbers are not picked up. The serial number field name variable can be seen in the xml tag but not the actual serial number.
