HTTP-404 Error After Upgrade To OracleAS 10g 10.1.3.5

Symptoms

When logging onto applications, the login page can not be opened and shows a HTTP 404 error.

In Apache error_log log files, found following error messages:
[Tue Mar  2 13:22:39 2010] [error] [client ] [ecid: 1267507359::1720530:0:2,0] File does not exist: /app/prod/inst/apps/TEST_erptest/portal/OA_HTML/OAInfo.jsp
[Tue Mar  2 13:22:48 2010] [error] [client ] [ecid: 1267507368::1720530:0:3,0] File does not exist: /app/prod/inst/apps/TEST_erptest/portal/OA_HTML/appsLogin
[Tue Mar  2 13:22:57 2010] [error] [client ] [ecid: 1267507377::1720530:0:5,0] File does not exist: /app/prod/inst/apps/TEST_erptest/portal/OA_HTML/AppsLogin

Changes

Applied patch 8626084 to upgrade the OracleAS version to 10.1.3.5.
