Symptoms

Performance is poor when accessing the Payee tab in Oracle Loans.

Navigation:
Loan Agent Responsibility and select any Loan Number > From the Overview page,
click the Payee tab.

It takes a couple of minutes for the page to return.

The expectation is that the page will return in immediately.
