Task Information Flexfield LOVs Are Not Present In Mobile Field Service (Doc ID 1069393.1)

Symptoms

Some Flexfield data entered against a task in the 'Service Request' form (CSXSRISR) is not visible in the FS/Laptop screen.  Similarly the Flexfields in the Mobile FS/Laptop page do not have the list of values (LOVs) for the segments, the same as in the enterprise form.

The expectation is that the Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) data and segments should be the same in both interfaces.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to the Customer Support responsibility
2. Create a SR, and associated Task.
3. Assign the Task to a FS Engineer.
4. Add additional details in the Task DFF.
5 View the equivalent Task via the FS/Laptop and note that the DFF data is not replicated there.
