Symptoms

GAPS have been created in an employee's assignment record when changing Salary Basis.

Employee changing positions from <Customer Name> Salary Basis to Executive Level Salary Basis.

"You have updated the assignment's salary basis. Do you want the application to automatically create a new salary proposal for the assignment's new salary basis ? >
Message:
This operation will delete unapproved proposals created prior to this proposal.
Choose No if you want to manually create a new salary proposal later.
Do you want to use the standard conditions for the new position
Receive message
Do you want to use the location for the new position
Receive Error Message

Receive Note
"TAX PERCENTAGE RECORDS EXIST. CHANGE TO LOCATION WILL OVERRIDE FUTURE TAX PERCENTAGE RECORDS. >
"Current salary is not valid after 31-JAN-2010 as Salary Basis assignment ends on 31-JAN-2010"
