Goal

Excel Column Headers A, B, C... and Row Headers 1, 2, 3... do not appear on Excel output when publishing a Financial Statement Generator (FSG) report in Report Manager.
Excel comes up as the FSG spreadsheet is being built and the column and row headers are visible (column headers A, B, C... and row headers 1, 2, 3...).
Once the FSG spreadsheet is complete, the column and row headers are gone. They may be added back to the spreadsheet by going to Tools/Options/View/check the Row & Column headers box.
