Symptoms

On  Service Request Form, attempting to create a service request using the Create Service Request form, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Incident Date must be in range


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced intermittently with the following steps:
1. Connect using the Customer Support responsibility
2. Navigate to the 'Create Service Request' form
3. Enter the service request details
4. Save
5. The reported error occurs
