Unable to Find Cash Receipt Id in List of Values When Running Oracle Receipt Diagnostic (Doc ID 1070578.1)

Symptoms

You are trying to run the Receipt Diagnostic Test per <Note:215969.1> 11i : Oracle Receivables Receipt Data Data Collection Test.

After selecting the list of value for the Cash Receipt Id, you enter a partial value with wild cards in the Filter field, like '%Receipt Number 4357%', and click Go. You receive the following message:

Zero records have been selected for this query
