An Order Release is created that contains Stops. When running an Action on this (such as the following example), the error below is encountered:

Operational Planning -> Create Buy Shipment -> Show Routing Options

This action fails with the following error printed to the screen:

"Order:DOMAIN.ORDER_ID has or_stop, can not perform this action"
