When creating an item instance with a serial number already used,the following error occurs:
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Go to (R) CMRO Super User responsibility
2. Choose Create Product In the Create Product screen
3. Enter any Item/Serial Number combination which already exists Click on Apply button
