Error when process the Brazilian bank return
ARCABP module: Batch Posting finished with an error:
Brazilian Localization calling hook
AR-arcipra: Error inserting record in AR_RECEIVABLE_APPLICATIONS
ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APP
AR-arcipra: Error exit.
Trace showed system is trying to create this code combination.
Investigation showed there is a cross-validation rule that is preventing this from being created.
FND DEBUG LOG shows:

Customer is testing the Bank Return process for the first time. When they enter the data manually, there is no error.
