Goal
1) In the Customer Account Level or Bill To Site level, does 'Order Credit Limit' mean limit per order or limit for total orders that booked, but not invoiced yet?
2) In the Customer Account Level or Bill To Site level, does 'Credit Limit' mean total invoices & total booked orders?
