Symptoms

Find that when importing Sales Order using the API OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Order, the Sales Order is not importing as BOOKED even though the required parameters to book the order is being passed.

Though this example relates to Order Booking, but essentially this situation is applicable for any action/operation performed using the Process Order API.
