Symptoms
An iStore user uses presses the 'forgot Password ' link and receives email with new password. The user logs on successfully with the new password but is not prompted to change the password
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the user is prompted to change their password
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) iStore user uses 'Forgot Password ' link and receives email with the temporary password
2) User logs on successfully
3) User was not prompted to change their password
